The loft appt overlooks one of the two lakes on the property. Sit out in the massive upper deck and relax. Fish in the huge lake or just relax by the fire pit in the evening. The loft appt has clear views of the paddocks and the arena so you can sit and watch the horses and animals roam the property Guests have access to the fire pit, the lakes and the property to walk around and enjoy the animals on site I live on site and am usually available. You will see me taking care of the animals and working on the property... if you don’t actually see me I’m a text away We are a straight shot to palm beach island, Rosemary place, and Wellington Florida home of the longest running horse show in the world. Exquisite food, beautiful beaches and top of the line shopping are right at your fingertips You will need a car to get around here! Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
